Modern Leadership Solutions is a leadership coaching and development company founded on the idea that effective leadership is intentional.
Tom DeBell, Founder and President, formed MLS after spending over 30 years in the public utility sector, 20 of which were in senior and executive corporate leadership. As a business leader, Tom experienced all the negative stakes of overwhelm, dysfunction, and misalignment, adapting strategies to overcome them. As a Full Focus Certified Professional, Certified Business Made Simple Coach, and Working Genius Facilitator, Tom brings all his resources to the table to help overwhelmed business leaders reclaim wasted hours, focus on the most meaningful goals, and build practices to develop as leaders daily, leading to a healthier work-life balance while growing as a successful leader.
