Entrepreneurial Leadership

In one of my previous entries, I discussed the challenges of having too many options as a solo entrepreneur and how restricting myself has improved my focus. However, this is only one piece of the equation for success. Even with limitations on the number of pursuits, I must exercise Entrepreneurial Leadership, which is effective leadership over myself. Without a boss to keep me in check, I must be self-disciplined to ensure productivity. My business coach helps provide accountability, but I'll save that discussion for later.

So, where does this self-discipline originate? For me, it starts with the Full Focus system. The practices and habits I've developed over the years of using Full Focus have kept me on a disciplined track, enabling me to manage my time efficiently and achieve my most important goals. Full Focus helps me link my daily activities to my weekly, quarterly, annual, and life goals. This is my key to knowing I’m working on the right stuff without getting sidetracked by all the other good ideas I come up with. I will be digging into the details of my systems in upcoming posts, so be sure to watch for them!
